Refund Policy

1. How billing works

Resize.ad is a digital, prepaid-credit service: you buy a balance of credits, and one credit is deducted for each ad format that is successfully generated and exported. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

2. Failed exports

If a format export fails because of a technical error on our side (for example, the generation pipeline errors out or times out), the credit for that failed format is not charged. You do not need to request anything for this — it happens automatically and is reflected in your balance.

3. Unused credit balance

If you decide you no longer want to use the Service, the unused portion of your credit balance is refundable on request, provided you write to hello@fabrika.ad within 14 days of the purchase. The refund amount is the price you paid for the purchase, minus the value of any credits already spent on completed exports at the time of your request.

4. Spent credits

Credits already spent on a successfully generated and exported format are non-refundable, since the Service has been rendered. The only exception is a verified technical failure that was not already handled automatically under Section 2 — write to us and we will investigate and, if warranted, credit or refund the amount.

5. How to request a refund

• Email hello@fabrika.ad from the address associated with your account.
• Include the email on your account and, if available, the payment reference or receipt.
• We aim to respond within 5 business days and, where a refund is due, process it to your original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@fabrika.ad first — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than through a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
